Kim Moore is a Project Manager for green development. For the last three years she worked with The South Group on three new LEED certified high-rise condo projects in downtown LA, the first of their kind: http://www.evo-south.com. Kim’s main focus is in residential green building – particularly solar, materials innovations, sustainable neighborhoods, and net-zero buildings. Kim has her RE Brokers License, is a LEED AP, and an undergrad degree in Real Estate Development and Entrepreneurship from USC.
