Evolution of the Design from our existing house through Sketchup massing models to its proposed design
We want to save as much of the existing classic mid century post and beam existing structure as possible so we reconfigured the floorplan to save all the foundations and simply swap the kitchen and bathroom locations where there was already plumbing.
